We encourage the presentation of works in this modality, especially of investigations in course made by young researchers or students of Master’s degree or Doctorate.
– PRINTED FORM POSTER –
The posters will make in two formats:
- Presentation format of publication: the text will have the same requirements of format established for the Communications.
- Presentation format of presentation: figurative presentation, designed in an alone page of big size (type poster), that by means of diagrams, pictures sinópticos, charts, etc. sintetiza the content of the work, or using a digital poster.
The poster’s summary proposal will have an extension of 1800-2000 characters with included spaces, with explicit reference to the content that will develop .
The content structure haveto have the following sections:
- Modality: Poster
- Thematic line
- Title in Spanish and in English
- Authors and institutions (maximum 3)
- Telephone and e-mail of the coordinator and authors of each contribution.
- Summary: it will follow the order Introduction, Method, Results and Discussion.
- Keywords: The keywords (between 3 and 4) will be extracted originally of the Tesauro of ERIC and they have to be translated to the Spanish.
- References according to the APA rule v6.
The summary must be sent throught the platform enabled for this by the deadline: 31st of January of 2018.
The acceptance will communicate to the people interested before the deadline of 19th of February of 2018.
Once the summary is accepted, the complete text of 18.000 to 20.000 characters (10 pages DIN-A 4) with included spaces, will send until the 31st of March of 2018.

The text must have the following structure: Context and a brief theoretical foundation; Description of the contribution; Results; Conclusions
The posters accepted will be published in its format of summary in the Book of Records of the Congress.
The poster must not exceed the following dimensions: 90×120 cm (vertical format). The authors will be able to hang them in the place assigned for this from first hour of the morning or of the afternoon depending on the session to which have been assigned.

– DIGITAL POSTER –
In the 15th CIOIE, you have the opportunity to share your contribution thought a poster in digital format. It has not to last more than 10 minutes.

To create the digital presentation we give you two options:
1) You can use the tool of Power Point, of 24 cm wide x 32 cm high.
- Configure the size of the slide for “Presentatition in the Screen” with available vertical orientation in the web of the congress.
- Save the archive with .ppt extension with a no greater size to 2 MB.
- In the body of the slide you have to include: Title, Authors, Email of the first author. Then, Introduction with the Aims or information more notable of the presentation, Population, Material and Methods, Results, Conclusions and/or Recommendations.
- Record with the tool of PPt
2) It can be recorded a video that do not last more than 10 minutes.
